Job Responsibilities
Typical tasks for this role include:
- carrying out research and data collection;
- conducting analysis;
- interviewing client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders;
- running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
- preparing business proposals and presentations
Some tasks may involve:
- identifying issues and forming hypotheses;
- formulating and implementing recommendations/solutions;
- ensuring the client receives the assistance needed to implement the recommendations/solutions;
- managing projects and programmes;
- leading and managing those within the team, including analysts;
- larger leadership role in the management of client relationships.
- supports the analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation of all projects
- works with clients to meet project performance expectations
- communicates with teammates and project leaders to deliver the best solution for prthe projects
- monitors the market trends to develop products and improve existing products and services
Skills/Qualifications
- well developed oral and written communication skills
- strong presentation skills
- knowledge of computer operations and programs
- ability to prioritize and multi-task
- experience in documentation of business requirements, analysis, and function
- effective problem solving skills
- capable of building strong client relationships
- minimum 2 years related experience
- a Bachelor or Master's degree in business field preferred
